One day, 3 unemployed factory workers heard that a large food company was enlarging and needed more staff. So they went downtown to see if they could get themselves a job. After filing out their applications, each one was interviewed and each one managed to get hired.

After they were interviewed by the foreman to determine their new duties, the foreman returned to the hiring boss reguarding the three new employees. "I don't think that it is such a good idea to have these three as employees," the foreman told the boss.

"Why?"

"One of the workers had snapped for no apparent reason at his last job. One of the others, according to his previous employer, was said to have had mentally cracked up after severe mental stress," the foreman replied. "The third, I believe was their father. I think he is a bit odd but I can't quite put my finger on it."

The hiring boss reassured the foreman, and said, "They should be started on something easy for the first week. Then, we'll re-assess them to see if they should be kept on."

"Okay, then where should I assign them?"

The boss replied, "Why not take them and put them in our Cereal Division...

"Why the Cereal Division?", the foreman asked.

"Well, that's where Snap, Crackle and Pop should be right at home."
