You can obtain a copy of the program from http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/. First click on "download" on the left, then click on the first one in the list that ends with "_setup.exe". When downloaded, run the installation, and follow the instructions provided. If you don't know about an option when installing, just use the default.

Once installed, we need to make one configuration change. Run the program. Click on "Edit" and then "Settings" (seen to your left). It will open a new window that we need. Under "connection", click on "Firewall". This will open up the page that contains the option "Passive Mode". Put a check mark in there for "Passive Mode". Then just click "OK" (Lower Left Corner).

Once configured, all you need to do is fill out the top bar :
Enter your website name, your username, and the password you are supposed to use to access the files on the site. Then just press enter. The software should connect, and in the right hand window, the files on the server should appear. Browse to where you wish to put the files, and then click and drag them over. It's that simple!
